Making Calls
Making a call immediately after registration
If you stay on the line immediately after registering you will hear an announcement of the call credit available.
To make a call:
- Enter the telephone number you require, including the full area code.
- You will then hear an announcement of the time available for this call with the credit available.
Making a call at any other time
- Dial 0800 915 5955 select option 1 and enter your PIN.
- Dial the telephone number you require, including the full area code. You will then hear an announcement of the time available for this call with the credit available.
- To make a follow-on call press # #.
Types of calls possible after dialling 0800 915 5955 option 1
- All direct dialled geographic calls.
- Local.
- Adjacent area calls (A1) and regional calls (A2).
- National and international calls.
- Specialised services calls e.g. calls to mobiles or information lines.
- Speaking Clock – 123.
- Directory Enquiries – 118 288.
- International Directory Enquiries – 118 188.
