Call User Guide

Introduction

With Student Call you can:

Make and receive calls on the telephone provided in your room Top up your call credit by buying call vouchers and/or by using your credit/debit card

With your welcome pack you will be given a complimentary 50p call voucher. You will need to register this voucher on your telephone line.

You can then make calls and top up your call credit.

You will be able to also call the following numbers – FREE OF CHARGE:

• Calls to Clubeasy – dial 0800 915 5955 and select option 3.
• Listen to your available call credit for free – dial 0800 915 5955 and select option 1. When prompted, enter your chosen 4-digit PIN. After this you may choose to make a call for which you will be charged.
• Emergency services on 999* (or 112*).

*Note: You do not need to dial 0800 915 5955 before these numbers. You will also be able to receive incoming calls, although reverse charge calls are not permitted.
