Introduction

With Student Call you can:

  • Make and receive calls on the telephone provided in your room
  • Receive voicemail messages when you are away from your room
  • Top up your call credit by buying call vouchers and/or by using your credit/debit card

With your welcome pack you will be given a complimentary 50p call voucher. You will need to register this voucher on your telephone line.

You can then make calls, top up your call credit, and use the voicemail service.

Call the following numbers – FREE OF CHARGE:

  • Calls to other Clubeasy properties and students in your area – dial the last 4 digits of their room telephone number, there’s no need to dial 8000 first.
  • Calls to your local Clubeasy office – dial 0
  • The Student Call access number – dial 8000. Listen to your available call credit for free. If after dialling 8000, you choose to make a call or listen to your messages, you will be charged
  • Emergency services on 9-999* (or 9-112*)

*Note: Do not dial 8000 before these numbers. You must add the initial ‘9’. You will also be able to receive incoming calls, although reverse charge calls are not permitted.
