Making an internal call

Dial extension number

Call Back When Free
Activate a 'Call Back' when the extension you are calling is engaged.

To set up a 'Call Back' on hearing engaged tone:

1. Press R (wait for dial tone)
2. Dial * 00

To cancel: Lift handset and dial # 00

Call Waiting
Allows you to be alerted that another call is waiting to get through.

To set: Lift handset and dial * 41

To cancel: Lift handset and dial # 41

To reject the new call: Press R (wait for dial tone), Dial 0

To release the original call and accept the new call: Press R (wait for dial tone), Dial 1

To shuttle between the two calls: Press R (wait for dial tone), Dial 2

To return to the last internal caller number: Lift handset dial * 74

Feature Check
Provides an announcement stating if Call Waiting, Call Diversion or Reminder Call are set for that particular extension.

To check which features are set: Lift handset dial * # 80

Reminder Call
Lift handset dial * 67
(within the following 24hrs): Dial alarm time (24hr) followed by #
and wait for confirmation message

To cancel a reminder call: Lift handset dial # 67, Dial alarm time (24hr) followed by #
and wait for confirmation message

To check a reminder call: Lift handset dial *# 67 and wait for confirmation message

To set up a repeat reminder call: Lift handset dial * 68, Dial alarm time (24hr) followed by *, Dial day code (see below) followed by # and wait for confirmation message
