Making Calls
Making a call immediately after registration
If you stay on the line immediately after registering you will hear an
announcement of the call credit available.
To make a call:
- Enter the telephone number you require, including the full area code
- You will then hear an announcement of the time available for this
call with the credit available
Making a call at any other time:
- Dial 8000 and enter your PIN
- Dial the telephone number you require, including the full area code
OR, press 3 to redial the last number that you called
- You will then hear an announcement of the time available for this
call with the credit available
- To make a follow-on call press # #
Types of calls possible after dialling 8000:
- All direct dialled geographic calls
- Local
- Adjacent area calls (A1) and regional calls (A2)
- National and international calls
- Specialised services calls e.g. calls to mobiles or information lines
- Speaking Clock – 123
- Directory Enquiries – 118 288
- International Directory Enquiries – 118 188
Note: Fax is not possible on this service
