Registration
Registering your telephone line is easy!
Before using Student Call, you will need to register your telephone line
and add some call credit. To do this you will need to refer to the complimentary
50p Call voucher handed out with your welcome pack.
As part of the registration process, you will need to choose a 4-digit PIN that you wish to use with Student Call. For security, we suggest you avoid using consecutive digits (e.g. 1234) or repetitive digits (e.g. 8888). Memorise your PIN and do not give it to anyone else or write it down.
To register and add the call credit of 50p to your line
- Dial 8001
- When prompted, enter your chosen 4-digit PIN
- You will then be asked to re-enter your PIN
- When prompted, enter the 11-digit voucher number printed under the scratch-off panel on your call voucher
After registering, you may hang up, or you can stay on the line and wait a few seconds to hear the “making a call” prompts.
