Topping up call credit
If your call credit is about to expire and you are in the middle of a
call, you will be given a 1-minute warning
announcement and a 10-second warning beep.
You need to have at least 6.5p of call credit available to make a call.
You do not need to wait until your call credit expires to top up.
How to top up call credit - from your own telephone line using call vouchers.
You can buy new call vouchers from the Clubeasy.com office in denominations
of £5.
- Dial 8000
- Enter your PIN
- Press 8 to top up your call credit
- Press 1 to top up call credit using a new voucher
- When prompted, enter the 11 digit voucher number printed under the
scratch-off panel on your voucher
You will now hear an announcement of the call credit available. The value
of your new voucher will be added to any previously remaining call credit.
To top up call credit - from your own telephone line using a credit or
debit card
- Dial 8000 and enter your PIN
- Press 8 to top up your call credit
- Press 2 to top up call credit using a credit or debit card
- Enter your credit or debit card number
- Enter the expiry date
- For security purposes the first time you add call credit using a
credit or debit card, the system will also prompt for the cardholders
name, as printed on the card, and the address to which the credit card
bill will be sent.
- Enter the value you wish to add in whole pounds. Minimum amount: £10,
maximum amount: £50. This value will be added to any previously
remaining call credit.
- You will hear an announcement of the total call credit available.
Topping up phone credit from another line other than your Clubeasy line
You can top up you call credit from any other telephone line, using a
credit or debit card. This would apply if, for example, parents / other
family / friends wish to add call credit from their own home.
The person wishing to add credit will need to call Customer Care on

300040 and choose option 3 with details of your telephone number and PIN.
