Why are some devices available from other network operators or service providers before I can get them with KC?

KC's network provider, O2, spends a lot of time testing devices to make sure that all O2 services work well on that device and the best experience is gained on the O2 network.

This testing often identifies minor incompatibilities that have to be rectified through software upgrades. They work closely with manufacturers to rectify all of these issues to ensure our customers get the best possible experience from their device prior to launch.

Can I get devices that aren't shown on the portfolio listing?

KC will always look to consider bespoke purchases for specific requirements, and we have a process to do just that. We will not purchase and sell devices that are not accredited on the O2 network, as this will provide a poor customer experience.

With bundled tariffs, what happens if I do not use all my minutes in the month? Do I lose out?

With KC, your minutes and inclusive text messages roll over for 3 months. If they remain unused after 3 months, you will lose them.

How do you decide what devices to sell or not to sell?

We take regular feedback from our sales channels, as well as carrying out independent research in to what business' require in a device and make decisions on our business devices portfolio accordingly.
