Voicemail 901 is an easy way of keeping you up-to-date, taking your messages whenever you can't. It's easy to set up, holds up to 40 four-minute messages and will let you know a soon as a new one arrives. Messages also stay in your inbox until you delete them.
Keep it personal
If you're in a meeting, having a day off or just can't get to your mobile, record your own greeting so customers and colleagues know you're not available right now. Give them another contact or let them know when you'll be available.
You may need to prefix a shortcode number with a 9 if you use extension dialling.
Voicemail 901 - turn it on
- Call 1750 for free, we'll confirm your Voicemail service is activated
- To check your messages, just call 901 *
How do I retrieve my messages?
- Call 901 then press *
- Enter your Voicemail PIN if you have one and follow the prompts for personal greeting
How do I change my Voicemail PIN?
- To change your Voicemail PIN, call 901 then press *
- Choose PIN change from the options and follow the prompts
To turn the service off, call 1760
